I am highly qualified Advanced Personal Trainer - Level 3 REPS and have over 15 years experience of helping people of all sizes to become more active, lose weight and enjoy better health. I'm also an Advanced UKAA athletics coach specialising in shot putters and discus throwers , so i've lots of experience of helping really big people get fit. You'll be in safe and sensitive hands.
