 - Book 10 hours in advance for £400

 - Book 5 hours in advance for £205

 - Train with a friend - Phone for group or couples rates..

 - An hour training £50

All payments are in advance and discounts are only available for pre-booked blocks of hours.

I reserve the right to charge you for any appointments you are unable to keep and where you are unable to give me at least 24 hours notice.

Please call for prices outside that area.

I reserve the right to charge for a total mileage over 25 miles.

Personal Training is all non-gym based at your home or using public amenities..

Massage Therapy

Massage Sessions can be at your home or at our clinic near Horsham. Initial treatment sessions are for 1 hour and a short course of treatment may be appropriate for most injuries. Check out my sister site at www.musclecoach.co.uk for more information.
Fees: 1 hour £40.00, 1/2 hour £25.00
