not just for sport....

Sports people have long known about the value of sports massage but you don't have to be a sports person to gain benefit from the treatments.

Many people with a wide range of ailments will gain comfort from the treatment. At the basic level the massage manipulates muscles to become more flexible, less tense, releasing scar tissue and relieving pressure on joints. It helps in the rehabilitation and recovery from sprains and strains through a progressive course of treatment.

what happens?

Treatments can be offered at your home or at our clinic just outside Horsham as you prefer.

We start with you and a little of your condition. Sometimes massage won't be appropriate and then I will tell you and advise you on alternative actions. We'll then start work on the affected area using a range of progressive techniques to get to the core of the muscle.

Sessions are usually for 1 hour but in some cases less time may be possible for subsequent visits dependent on the injury and rate of recovery. A course of treatments is likely for most injuries staged over a short period of time to return to health.

your comfort

Your comfort is of paramount importance. You will only be asked to expose areas in question and modesty and comfort is always rigourously upheld by using draped towels.

We totally respect the privacy of clients and at all times act with utmost professionalism. Its important that you can feel safe and secure as that's the start point for relaxation.
