1. Free Consultation

Before you commit your time or energy to training, we'll meet for around 30-40 minutes to answer your questions, understand what your hoping to achieve and to find out a little about you.

The consultation is totally free and without any kind of obligation but gives us a chance to get to know each other and for you to feel happy and answer any questions you may have.

2. About you

Every programme is designed around your level of fitness, medical history, lifestyle, preferences and of course what you're hoping to achieve. We'll supplement this with some simple fitness tests before I start to build your programme

3. The programme

We design your programme based on you and your commitments. You choose how often you want to meet and We work where its best for you - at home, office, outdoors, woodland. I'm happy to go with what works for you and we'll design all exercises so that you can do them anywhere, anytime so they're easy to fit into your schedule.

4. The training

We work together to make sure you have the right technique and best practice for all exercises. We'll keep things varied to keep you interesting and challenged as you achieve your goals. We'll make sure that you learn the exercises correctly so that your exercise is healthy, safe and effective.
We can work evenings, daytime or at the weekend if that's the best time for you to be able to find some space for training. And we'll put the accent on enjoying getting fitter and having some fun along the way.

5. The results

Whatever you're goals we'll take regular progress checks and measures so that you can see the progress you are making and we'll vary the programme often to make sure that it grows as your fitness does.
