Whatever your fitness needs, however new or experienced you are – I can help.
Improve your general fitness
Starting gently, using easy exercises, we will build your stamina and strength. Then. as you start to see the benefits, we’ll gradually increase the challenge, making sure that at all times your training plan is within your capabilities, stretching enough to be effective and varied enough to be fun.
Getting and staying fit
It is easy to avoid regular exercise. Distractions are tempting and without constant motivation, your new found fitness can easily slide. Having a regular space in the week, with a sympathetic fitness coach as a commitment to yourself and your own time, with fun and varied exercise can improve your well-being, morale and health.
Expert sports coaching
As an award winning sports coach and former athlete with a MSc in Peak Performance, I can help you keep your body in shape, focussed and able to prepare, perform and recover, whether for the next season or a specific event. Qualified in the UK and in Italy, I have worked with teams, and individuals from a wide range of sports disciplines.
Mobile Personal Training?
Mobile – I come to you
If you hesitate at the thought of going to a gym, you will welcome the privacy of a one-to-one training session, where all attention is on making your exercise safe, effective and appropriate for your level of fitness.
No equipment needed
I bring all the equipment we need, but If you already have any equipment you would like to use, we can build it into your programme. All the fitness equipment I use is inexpensive and readily available in shops, so if you want to continue to workout between sessions, it is easy to do so.
It has to be enjoyable
Your enjoyment of our sessions will be an important part in motivating you to achieve your goals. It’s important too that you can see and feel the differences your new fitness is delivering as this will spur you on to do more.

How we work together
I understand that it can be daunting to enter a new fitness regime and you want to make sure that your programme not only matches your lifestyle, but will move you at a sensible, inspiring pace so that you see and feel the benefits of your new stamina, strength and sense of well-being. That’s why, with every new client I like to follow the same process:
It’s about you
The first step is to understand you, your lifestyle, your health and your goals. Our first session is a consultation and is free. It’s a time to get to know you and to answer your questions. We will do some very simple exercises and quick tests to assess your current fitness level. Most importantly we will find out the activities you are likely to enjoy and those you would find less enjoyable.
Your own fitness plan
I design a unique fitness plan to match your current fitness, aspirations and preferences. We take time in the sessions to make sure that your technique is correct so that you not only learn safely, but that you make the most of each exercise and start to see its benefit on your fitness.
Safe, effective and fun training
You need to enjoy your training so we constantly review your plan, making sure that it is always varied, safe and appropriate and that it changes as your change, matching your new levels of fitness.
About me
Originally from Sardinia, I have lived and worked in England for the last fifteen years. As a mobile personal trainer I am experienced and qualified. I am a CIMSPA member, (REPS Level 3 Advanced Fitness Coach) a UK Athletics Level 3 Performance Coach and hold a British Weightlifting Association Level 1 certificate. In Italy I am a senior athletics coach (Allenatore) for FIDAL. I have an MSc in Athletic Development and Peak Performance from Southampton Solent University, which has helped me to work with a wide range of clients, schools, teams and elite sports people.

I have worked out with Davide for some years. My favourite session is a Saturday morning session which my husband and I do together. Both our levels of fitness have significantly improved over the years and we greatly enjoy working out together.
Davide adjusts for different levels of fitness and his knowledge was invaluable to me when I was recovering from surgery to repair my cartilage and cruciate ligament following a skiing accident. Davide adjusted our sessions to include sports massage and rehabilitation to rebuild my fitness and strength.
Davide is a true professional who will customise and build an exercise programme based on your needs and you always feel good after a session as you are on the right track to optimising your personal fitness.
