Ok i'm Italian but that doesnt mean i shout loud and wave my arms around. Actually i believe in working quietly with people.

I hold an Advanced Personal Trainer qualification (level 3 Register of Exercise Professionals) which means i am highly qualified to help you regardless of the level of your fitness. I am also a qualified Sports Massage therapist (Level 3 Sports Massage Association full member) and am UKAthletics Advanced Athletics Coach (Level 3) . In Italy I hold the prestigious "Allenatore" qualification from FIDAL (italian athletics governing body)

I've over 15 years of helping people to get fit. As a coach I have specialised in developing shot putters and discus throwers so i'm no stranger to helping big people get fitter. As a trainer i have helped people get fit for a whole range of things - from being in the national finals of a television talent competition through to young people building fitness to get into the armed forces.
